Intense straw yellow colour.The nose is intense, fine in quality and clean. Fascinating aromas of orange-colored citrus fruits, with notes of seaweed, broom and aromatic herbs. Some spices and black locust honey give depth to the range, for an excellent quality profile.
On the palate it shows off a thick structure, with the minerality and acidity well in evidence. The vinification on the skins also allows the extraction of a very light tannin, so that the creaminess of the wine does not overwhelm the hardness. Excellent balance and depth of the sip, for a very long finish full of references. The aromas are of orange peel, aromatic herbs and dried fruit.
