• Annually released small batch Canadian whiskey produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Distilled at an undisclosed northern Canadian distillery • Undisclosed bourbon mash bill of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley • Aged in Canada for 15 years in a combination of new American oak, ex-bourbon, and new French oak barrels • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58-60.5% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
