Horrible service

I ordered a case o wine on Dec. 8. Almost a month later, I still didn’t have it. The delivery service — GLS — never informed me of the delivery date or time. Even after repeated calls, I received no information. Finally, I canceled the order. If you expect your customers to be home for delivery, you should let them know when to expect it. The "customer service reps" were difficult to understand and didn’t seem to care whether I got the wine or not. I will never order from WineChateau again -- and I recommend that you don’t, either.
