80% Grenache from 80 to 100 year old vines, 20% Syrah (25 to 30 year old.) The grapes come from a south-facing parcel located at the top of the slope, with clay/limestone soil.
The yields average 25hl/ha. Aged in concrete tanks. Tightly woven wine with fine tannins, concentrated, peppery and spicy. Can age 7 to 12 years.
