Dried Cranberries, juicy huckleberries, tethered to earthy aromas of tomato leaf, basil, and accented with white peppercorns, anise and grippy tannins. Dry grown in 25 year old sandy loam soils.
Grapes were handpicked, co-fermented with wild yeast and transferred to old hogsheads for nine months before being racked and bottled. Unfined.
