The 2018 Cabernet Franc is a tremendously aromatic wine, with notes of cherry, blue plum, dried herbs, and a hint of pine that adds freshness.
On the palate, the flavors follow with cherry, plum, and anise with an earthy note of ‘sois bois’ (forest floor). It is medium weight, and it carries refreshing tartness and savory notes into a long, smooth finish.
