Soft golden-peach color. Nose is fresh and clean, with aromas of lime, starfruit, cucumber, honeydew melon, grass, lemon, and white grapefruit. Medium-full body, transparent acidity, moderate viscosity. No progression of flavor- one note all the way through.

However, it’s a refreshing and approachable one note. Flavors of lemon, lime, pear, grass, and green apple. Clearly a Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical on the whole. The finish is clean. Pair with white fish, shellfish, fresh vegetable salads, and dried fruit.
