The 2020 Goldloch GG is deep and noble on the highly refined and elegant, slightly flinty nose that is utterly complex and serious. Silky, refined and highly elegant on the palate, this full-bodied Riesling is tightly structured with perfect phenolic grip combined with ripe and mineral acidity that is already perfectly interwoven with the texture.
This is a serious, great dry Riesling from Dorsheim, and it finishes with salivating salinity and very fine grip. Perfect winemaking here.
