Brut Espumoso 'Toto', Bodegas Barbadillo 2019

Toto Barbadillo is a sparkling wine from Cadiz, which has been produced predominantly from Palomino grapes that have been grown in our white albariza soils. This is the third generation of sparkling wines to be produced by Barbadillo, and this particular collection has undergone the longest period of ageing out of all of Barbadillo’s sparkling wines.

Perfect match with pasta with meat sauce, red grilled meat, carpaccio & matured cheeses.
