Lisini Brunello di Montalcino Ugolaia is produced only in the best vintages, and from the estate’s oldest vines, Ugolaia is a single vineyard expression that comes from the eponymous cru exposed to the southwest.
Fragrant aromas of incense and sandalwood lead to cherry, strawberry and kirsch flavors on the palate, underlined by dense tannins and a touch of mineral. It all comes together nicely on the long, fruit- and spice-tinged finish.
