Distinctly tobacco and slightly cedary nose of more red than black berries with hints of bacon, Mediterranean herbs and juniper. Ripe, firm, tangy fruit, again clearly tobacco aromas, a little toasty-nutty wood, crumbly-sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, again hints of bacon and juniper, some acidity bite, some depth, a hint of citrus zest, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with cocoa notes.
