Brotherhood Sparkling Rose B

At Brotherhood, our Rose cuvee is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested early to preserve their crisp acidity and brigh fruit character. The grapes are then fermented a second time to produce the special bubbles that make a sparkling wine the essence of celebration.
