The 2020 Chablis Sainte Claire has an open, expressive bouquet of apple peelings, freshly squeezed lemon and a touch of gunflint. The palate is taut and fresh with a fine bead of acidity and good salinity, especially on the tensile finish.  Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas.

Sourced from a single vineyard of 30-year-old, organically farmed vines, it's a fresh, cutting lime and lemon sip with a long, delightfully chalky finish.
