On the nose, it already develops notes of jammy red fruits (raspberry and currant). The mouth is greedy, refreshing and digestible with very supple tannins. A beautiful expression of Bourgueil for these activists of the appellation.
To be served around 14°C with guinea fowl with grapes, roast chicken with chanterelles or simply a plate of charcuterie.
