Cyprien Arlaud named this cuvée in homage to the horse that bravely plows the estate's best vines. This wine is partly made up of grapes from regional Burgundy plots and a selection of grapes from other plots, all grown according to biodynamic methods.
The 2020 vintage offers a bouquet of black fruits tinged with iodine with notes of tangy currants, the nose "pinote" wonderfully! On the palate, there are fruity flavors tinged with orange zest, the tannins are ripe and succulent, with a pleasant long and fresh finish.
