A beautiful red color continues on the fruits of the same color until the cooked prune. The structure is fine, the wine is rich and remains light.
The Cuvée Hommage combines power and finesse. It is the result of a selection of old Pinot Noir vines, aged 50% in old barrels which provide a beautiful structure with a mellow woody taste.
