Bourgogne Rouge, Bachelet-Monnot 2020

Fruit for this aromatic and sophisticated Bourgogne rouge comes from 60 to 80-year-old vines and is spontaneously fermented in concrete tanks with roughly 15% whole bunches.

Notes of cherries and red and black fruits, subtly framed by a touch of  used oak. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a juicy core of fruit and soft tannins.
