A dry red blend of 67% Pinot Noir, 33% Gamay from Bissy-Sous-Cruchaud outside of Montagny. These 25+ year-old vines are isolated, surrounded only by forest.
The grapes are destemmed, and fermented and aged in used oak barrels for 9 months. Pair this medium-bodied, fruit forward red with chicken pot pie.
