The 2021 Bourgogne Côte d'Or, which comes entirely from the domaine, has a fragrant bouquet with Granny Smith apples and fresh pears. The palate is well balanced, the 20% new oak nicely integrated, and is slightly leesy towards the composed finish. Delicous Bourgogne Blanc!
This wine pairs wonderfully with light seafood dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, or oysters.
