Bouchard Aine & Fils Bourgogne Blanc 2013

Straw colored. Poached apple on the nose, along with fresh ripe Anjou pears and hay. An elegant wine that is light bodied and restrained. White fruits come through on the palate, joined by white flowers and a hint of vanilla. 

Colour: Yellow, with hints of green; bright and clear.

Nose: Complex, dominated by flowery notes, hints of toast, honey and fresh fruits.

Palate: An excellent dry wine with supple flavours, very well-balanced, at once fresh and mellow.
