Organic wine that was vinified very hands-off to ensure it shows the saline/minerality of the granite soils. Naturally fermented in old oak and aged on thick lees for 10 months before being racked for the first time.
This is a super zesty wine with notes of lemongrass, citrus peel, white flowers, stone fruits with a touch of ginger.
