Borgo Conventi Pinot Grigio is a lively, medium-bodied Pinot Grigio with complex aromas of wild flowers, ripe pear and a hint of bread crust. Elegant with a fine balance between structure, fruit, and acidity and a full, lingering finish.
Straw yellow COLOUR with light copper reflections. The aroma is fragrant, intense and complex, with scents of ripe pears and wild flowers. This Pinot Grigio is medium to full-bodied with remarkable persistence that pairs beautifully with fish starters, seafood, semi-mature cheeses, soups and poultry. Perfect for serving as a young wine, but is capable of ageing a few years in the bottle.
