• Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Petit Verdot • Located in the south of Izmir near the Aegean coast in the village of Kaynaklar at an altitude of 235 meters above sea level • Stony, gravel, and red clay • Hand harvested • Destemmed and crushed • Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank with 3 weeks of pump overs • Aged 12 months in 1 year old French oak barrels • Aged for 3 months in bottle
