A top cab sauv. Organic. Pepper and spicy, with plum and dark berries. Medium bodied and light mouthfeel with moderate tannins. Bright and refreshing!

Tomato soup and herbs on the nose. Grilled tomatoes, leather and toast to start. Finish is only slightly tanniny with hints of pepper and rosemary. Very smooth. A really tasty wine.
