The 2017 Spätburgunder Bönnigheimer Sonnenberg is bright, pure and fresh on the stony, flinty and floral nose. Very delicate and fresh on the palate, this is a tight, refreshingly pure and playful Pinot.
It doesn't have much depth and concentration, but it already drinks beautifully and with great pleasure. Very digestible.
Still very fruity, almost slightly juicy. Smooth tannins and low medium/-acidity, full of red fruit, red cherry, should have drunk this earlier as it now is lacking some complexity.
