Ripe cherry, tobacco, oak, cinnamon and vanilla. Full body, high tannins and medium acidity. Long finish. Heavy but élégant Pinot Noir. Aroma had succulent cherries, herbs, hay, currants, oak and smoke. Over the palate came sour cherries, currants, distinct oak, smoke and herbs garden. Medium plus acidity, medium plus tannins and dry.
Bright ruby in colour. Hay, peppery herbs, wild strawberries, leather smoke, and oak in the aroma. Flavour of oak, red cherries, leather, smoke, wild strawberries, and leather.
