Fresh juice from Blaufränkisch was added to the basic still wine, which fermented the wine again and subsequently caused secondary fermentation took place in the bottle. Each bottle is hand-painted. The basic wine is a couvée formed by varieties: Pinot blanc, Pesecká leánka, Veltlínske zelené, Chrupka biela and Blaufränkisch.
There is a wonderful citrusy & ripe peach note in the aroma, with a citrus acidity and hints of forest strawberries on the palate. It’s a fruit bomb!
