Alcoholic fermentation is followed by apartial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and balance.Bolla Chardonnay is a perfect match for fi sh, mild risottos,melon and prosciutto, and white meats.This is a rich wine with light-to-medium texture and refreshingly dry finish.The perfect companion to full-flavored seafood such as salmon and lobster or with pork, honey-glazed ham and smoked turkey.A complex, stylish wine with flavors of light citrus, juicy pear, pineapple and a hint of vanilla.
