Bodegas Caro Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec 2016

 It is well structured with a nice tannic grip and the Cab is doing most of the work with dark blackberry fruit, pencil wood and forest floor taking center stage.

The Malbec, playing second fiddle, helps round the wine out, giving it a comfy, chewy depth to counteract the tannin.
