Pale straw in color. The Nose possesses fresh, yeasty, crusty-bread qualities with hints of salty almonds. The palate is clean and tangy with a refreshing finish and a softness which makes it delightfully easy to drink.

Alvear Fino is aged in a biological way under a clear layer that the yeast creates on top of the wine, known as the 'velo en flor', that prevents the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor.
