Bobar Wines Chardonnay Royale Yarra Valley 2018

Not your standard Chardonnay by any stretch but that’s what makes it delicious in my opinion. Really in keeping with other Chardonnay from the state of Victoria where it’s a little lighter, less oaked and full of citrus and green apple notes with a hint of vanilla on the nose.

Fruit profile is text book Yarra Valley, rich citrus and stone fruit notes, lovely lees texture and some slightly salty mineral softness without being overly creamy, solid drinking.
