BLUEBIRD DISTILLING GIN JUNIPERUS is fresh and intriguing. Distilled first from rye. It is then redistilled and vapor infused with botanicals and spices from around the world. This incredibly aromatic spirit starts with juniper, followed by an invigorating blend of cucumber and citric zest, balanced by soft hints of exotic spices.

This special Gin is done 100% from scratch. We mash the grains, distill the base spirit, infuse & vapor distill. We distill our botanicals in separate batches, enabling us to craft our Gin exactly how we want it. This assures our best Gin every time. After we have our perfect combination, we blend the Gin to bottling proof w/ fresh cucumber water adding that perfect touch of freshness. This Gin is incredibly balanced, w/ a full mouth feel not typical to Gin.
