A pure, light-golden straw color in color, Baby Blue Blanc offers classic notes of bright citrus with just a hint of grass, followed up by glorious tropical and floral accents that set this wine apart from the crowd. Plenty of lemon and lime follow on the palate, bolstered by ripe peach, apricot and exotic passion fruit. Offering all the bracing acidity you would expect from Sauvignon Blanc.
The nose calls you to attention with lime leaf, lemongrass, gooseberry, ripe green apple and pear and tropical fruits plus notes of pulverized stone and freshly chopped herbs. Light to medium-bodied with ripe citrus, tropical and green fruits in the mouth accented by white flowers and herbal flavors, it has zesty acidity and a flavorful finish. This is delicious and a great value.
