Bloomer Creek Vineyard Cabernet Franc 2019

Dry, light body, light tannins and medium finish. Lots of fresh red fruits - raspberry, cranberry and strawberry with a hint of earth.

This bottle was a bit too tart on the initial mouthfeel and then too heavy on vanilla at the finish. Light wine which opens up more after 20 minutes and has notes of black currant and cassis. Finish showed burts of leather and sweet(vanilla) moss.
