Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz

Using a secret liqueuring recipe this richly flavored, deep colored sparkling Shiraz displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum flavors, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.We select fruit from sandy and stony vineyards in Langhorne Creek, ferment in open vats before maturation in seasoned oak barrels and tank to retain the aromatic lift from these soil types. A small proportion of wine from clay/ loam vineyards fills out the palate and gives the wine length of flavor.
