Grapes for this 100% Cinsaut come from one vineyard in Darling. 60% was fermented on the full bunch and the wine was aged for 18 months in old barrels.
In the nose, notes of lavender, fynbos and pepper emerge. On the palate there is a pleasant freshness with fine tannins.
