Expressive bouquet evoking scents of peach, melon, pineapple and ripe tropical fruit. Full bodied, dry , developing , good acidity showing notes of ripe stone fruits, tropics fruits and oak. 

This is readily identified as a California Chardonnay with pervasive nutmeg, oak, and vanilla. Fruit flavors are hard to pick up. A unique chardonnay with a great potential, best vintage ever, full of finesse, well structured, complete wine ! Gastronomic.

We paired with a delicious dish of mussels and fries. Mussels were so plump , fries were crisp, and creamy buttery lime broth was so good we shell spooned to the last drop.
