Black Maple Hill Straight Rye Whiskey

Incredibly balanced with notes of vanilla, fruit, spice, and caramel hitting all the right notes on the palate. A touch of charred oak binds these flavors together, resulting in a rich and full bodied spirit.The whiskey is made using a mash bill of 75% rye and 25% corn, which lends depth and an inherent sweetness to the blend.
Notes: shortbread, milk chocolate, and pecans
Palate: savory and sweet, with notes of red chili powder, paprika and maple syrup
Finish: honeyed finish brimming with notes of brown sugar, cumin, and a dash of pecan towards the end
