DESCRIPTION
Ruby red in color with violet hues, this wine possesses a nose intensely rich in mature red and black fruit, with hints of spice. The palate expresses all of the wine's personality and structure, with great balance between tannins and smoothness, fruit and spice.
Pairs well with southern Italian pasta dishes and meat courses including lamb, kid, all game and especially partridge and pheasant. Also great with ripe cheeses, pecorino and Podolian caciocavallo.
