This mesmerizing wine features Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a touch of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Meticulous winemaking and lengthy aging in the finest barrels combine to produce Binyamina’s crown jewel. Each appellation is characterized by slow, uniform ripening which allows aroma, flavor and color to accumulate without a steep sugar rise. The mingling of an unconventional blend of varieties results in a lively red-black ruby color and an aroma that begins with black cherry, cassis, white pepper and coffee, and continues with nuances of earth, herbs and smoked meat.
