Binomio Riserva presents itself as a courageous and very successful experiment of Fattoria La Valentina in collaboration with Azienda Agricola Inama. A fine selection of Montepulciano grapes from vineyards up to 400m above sea level, matured in barriques, performs the balancing act between tradition, faithfulness to type and modernity.
The bouquet is complex and smoky with appetising sour cherry aromas, the taste is powerful and elegant, which tolerates the concentrated tannins and the appropriate alcohol component well.
