• Mostly Mencía with Bastardo (Trousseau), Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouchet), Godello and Doña Blanca • From the Las Villegas vineyard planted to sand in the late 19th century • Harvested in the end of August/beginning of September • Pressed whole-cluster and fermented with native yeasts in large, open-top Chestnut barrels followed by 60-90 days on the skins • Aged for one year in neutral barrel and bottled unfined unfiltered.
