Bierzo Tinto, 'Las Gundinas', La Vizcaina [Raul Perez] 2021

Las Gundiñas 2021  is a wine made by Raúl Pérez and César Márquez with grapes of the Mencía , Alicante Bouschet , Estaladina and Souson varieties from the plot that gives the wine its name in Valtuille de Abajo in the El Bierzo region . 

Visually,a bright red wine with carmine reflections. Clean and bright. On the nose, it stands out for its great freshness and its fruity character (black fruit).On the palate it is a fleshy and juicy wine with abundant tannins. Las Gundiñas is a wine that pairs with goat cheeses and soft cheeses, roasted poultry, rice and pasta with meat.
