• The 1 hectare of La Vitoriana for this cuvée was planted in the 1920s on sandy red clay and enjoys both north and south expositions thanks to its curved shape • Mencía-dominant field blend with Bastardo (Trousseau) • fermented whole-cluster in oak vat with a long post-fermentation maceration • raised for one year in used 225L and 500L barrels • unfined and unfiltered
