Bollamata translates to Crazy Bubble in Italian and you will be crazy over this wonderful red fresh red fruit flavored sparkling Rosé. Made from 100% Sangiovese by the Charmat production method.
Auburn. Raspberries and strawberries in the woods, undergrowth with artemisia leaves, marjoram and freshly baked bread. Exuberant freshness and fine perlage mark the sip that cuts sour on the notes of small fruit trees.
Fine bubbly in salmon color that offers hints of red cherries and plums. Good acidity with savoury finish.
