Auburn. Raspberries and strawberries in the woods, undergrowth with artemisia leaves, marjoram and freshly baked bread. Exuberant freshness and fine perlage mark the sip that cuts sour on the notes of small fruit trees.

Fine bubbly in salmon color that offers hints of red cherries and plums. Good acidity with savoury finish.
