Bianco Carbo Abruzzo White 2018

It takes on a color tending towards pink; we vinified these grapes in carbonic maceration, throwing the whole bunches into a large concrete vat in which they remained without oxygen for 2 weeks.

The result was amazing; an amber color typical of a long maceration wine, with intense and balsamic aromas, but, at the same time, great freshness and drinkability.
