Bianchetto Abruzzo White 2020

Back this year after you guys chewed this up last one. The Lammidia Bianchetto is made with one night of skin contact of Trebbiano d´Abruzzo, harvested by hand and aged in steel.

It's funky, earthy and retains a slight prickle from potentially finishing fermentation in the bottle. Peach, nectarine, honey, earthy and lemon zest on the nose. More honey and apricot with grapefruit pith in the mouth. Only 10.5%!
