This 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru has a superb yellow hue with ginger highlights which does not betray its great mature Pinots Noirs origins.

The nose is intense, with at first grapefuit notes, followed by more suave and exotic fruits. Maturity and complexity are the hallmark of this lively nose.

The mouth is rich and elegant. The creamy effervescence melts in this athletic and dynamic wine.

Its natural elegance allows this cuvée to be at ease in any occasion. Its power is highly appreciated with meat such as a braised veal or a beef with mushrooms.
