Crisp nose. Lemon, minerals and a memory of saline on the background, like a cool sea breeze. Dry, slightly fizzy on the palate. Then citrusy attack roundens to show white peach and even a note of cranberry. Medium-long finish.

Perfect wine for summer, shellfish with garlic, seafood broth olive oil and tomato. Crisp, mineral character. Chalk and stone on the nose.
