Bellevue Bordeaux 2020

I find plum blueberry blackberry cloves and caramel on the palate also leather and earthy notes. Also on the nose i smell some herbal notes.

Light ruby hue with medium-high saturation. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, earthy, leather, plum, raspberry, and vanilla. I also got a subtle hint of Brettanomyces yeast. Medium body; firm, full, yet rounded tannins; and medium-plus acidity.
